Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LuceroApps AI Receptionist (the “Service”). By accessing the Service, connecting a messaging channel, or chatting with a business that uses the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service is a multi-tenant AI receptionist that helps businesses answer customer inquiries, capture service interest, and accept booking requests across a website chat widget and connected channels, including Facebook Messenger. Each business configures and is responsible for its own content, services, and responses.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Business accounts are for use by authorized staff who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law or violate the rights of others.
- Send spam, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Misuse the messaging channels in violation of Meta’s policies or any other platform’s rules.
5. AI-generated responses
Replies are generated by automated AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided for general assistance only and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always confirm important details directly with the business. Each business is responsible for the information it configures and for honoring the requests it accepts.
6. Bookings are requests
A booking or reservation made through the Service is a requestand is not confirmed until the business accepts it. Availability, pricing, and final terms are set by the business, not by us.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Meta (Facebook Messenger), AI providers (such as OpenAI), and hosting and email providers. Your use of channels like Facebook Messenger is also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by LuceroApps AI Receptionist and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Content a business uploads remains owned by that business.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuceroApps AI Receptionist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
