Data Deletion

LuceroApps AI Receptionist provides an AI receptionist that businesses use to answer customer messages, including through Facebook Messenger. This page explains how to have your personal data deleted.

If you contacted a business through Facebook Messenger, you can remove the business’s app from your Facebook settings, or message us, and Facebook will notify us to delete the data we received about you. When that happens we automatically delete your Messenger conversations and remove the link to your Facebook identity, and you receive a confirmation code.

To request deletion at any time, email support@luceroapps.com with:

• the channel you used (Facebook Messenger or website chat),
• the business or Facebook Page you messaged, and
• the name or contact details you used in the conversation.

We will delete the associated data within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it by law.

We delete the conversation messages we stored and the mapping to your Facebook identity. Booking and inquiry records the business needs to serve you are de-linked from your Facebook identity and otherwise managed by that business as the data controller.
